# New Community Launch

by [Simon Annicchiarico](https://www.lifeenergymatters.org.uk/blog/author/simon-annicchiarico) | Feb 22, 2023

Community of like minded seekers who wish to explore and share in the experiences of developing their best life energy. We want to help each other grow and are just bringing everyone together. We actively encourage you to contribute as equals, we are not putting ourselves out there as gurus.

The group focus is on tools, techniques and experiences around areas such as:
BODY  fitness | nutrition | movement | healing
PURPOSE  career | money | motivation | growth
PRESENCE  meditation | mindfulness | spirituality
RELATIONSHIPS  professional | parenting | intimate
CONNECTION  nature | social | community

Our goal is to share and guide each other towards the global thought leaders and content that have helped us most to develop our life energy and to come together virtually and in local social meetings at homes, out in town or out in nature, to help and support each other to grow.

We wish to make it as relevant as possible to the people of Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch, with the aim of enriching our local community wellbeing. Events, activities and services would ideally be local but we know seekers are happy to travel too.
