## What is LIFE ENERGY MATTERS all about?

# We have three main aims:

1\) To grow and support our community of like-minded people interested in wellbeing and personal development

2\) To share free information about all elements of well-being and how they connect together

3\) To put on free events and social activities to help us feel connected and to achieve the above aims

### Life Energy Matters Community

As the name suggests, we want to attract people to our community who recognise that their life energy matters and that working on themselves is a valuable investment of time for wellbeing, happiness and collective contribution.

We are not putting ourselves out there as gurus, we simply want to help each other grow by bringing everyone together to share knowledge, experience and services for developing our best life energy.

We believe it is holistic and that feeling good and developing your energy in one aspect of your life, will help you to be successful in other aspects of life, which in turn will pay back in the first area you made progress in. Feeling like you are winning and making progress is the key no matter how small that progress is.
